Show Servicss Held Today for Smithfield Man Funeral services were held Friday Fri-day at 2 p.m. in the Smithfield First ward chapel for Alfred Erickson, 73-year-old Smithfield farmer who died Tuesday evening. The services were under the direction of Dr. G. L. Bees, bishop bish-op of the Smtihfield Fourtn waid. Death came to Mr. Erickson Tuesday evening following a stroke after he had been ill about foul d coming to Smithfield with his parents, Eric and Louise Erickson SSLn when he was four years of age. Mr. Erickson was born in Orebo, Sweden, December 9 1 863. He was educated in the Smith-field Smith-field schools and participated in hereligic as activities of the community. com-munity.
