The sticker to be pasted past-ed on windshields of all cars passing pas-sing the tests will contain a "V" for victory and the numerals "45" indicating a desirable maximum speed. On the back of each sticker will be the words, "Conserve For Victory, Vic-tory, Drive under 45." The stickers must be retained on the windshields wind-shields for a period of three months following the inspection period. |
