As presented to the Planning Plan-ning Commission, Park Meadows Mea-dows East would consist of eleven three-quarter acre lots adjacent to an equestrian eques-trian center, 83 additional single family lots and a 70-unit garden apartment complex. The equestrian center would consist of stables, a ring and a workout area. The development site is near the new high school and Commissioner Greg Lawson said, "I see possible conflicts with the stables and the school." Lawson also said high density projects such as the garden apartments "are normally nor-mally closer to the highway. high-way. Commissioner Roy Reynolds Rey-nolds also questioned the location of the apartments, noting the feeder road would pass in front of the single family housing.
