Gov. Mike Leavitt has declared Oct. 30 Utah Day to urge Utahns to inspect their homes and take steps to insulate them adequately from the outside air, not only during the winter but throughout the year. For residents unable to afford the cost of inspections, repairs, and the installation of measures to protect their homes from the weather, the states Weatherization Assistance Program can help. The Weatherization Assistance Program is a U.S. Department of Energy program administered in Utah by the states Division of Weath-erizatio- KING SCARECROW London and Kambree Howard, son and daughter of Darin and Kim Howard of Nephi with Londons scarecrow entry of King William II.
