Show Construction crews busy on Donner Place projects Construction of phase two of the Donner Place, Inc. development at the mouth of Emigration Canyon is underway, with a parking terrace, tennis courts, road improvements, and two townhouse duplexes planned. The newest phase will cost approximately $800,000 and be financed through Zions First National Bank. The townhouses planned for the second phase will oc cupy 3,000 square feet per unit and will be located across the street from present developments at 895 Donner Way. When asked about future plans for the site, McDermott responded he and his partners, Leonard Lewis, and Paul and Allen Huish plan to slowly develop the whole ar ea. M Jay Christiansen, contractor for the project was more specific, saying future plans include a number of one level duplex condominiums condominand a multi-stor- y ium to be terraced up the hillside or built as a highrise of about six floors. Brush contract under study Plastronics Corporation is completing contract negotiations with Marketing Inc. to manufacture a disposable toothbrush, Plastronics president Don Cecala has announced. Cecala said the company is currently producing sample toothbrushes and should be producing two million brushes per month by August 15.
