Show The Enterprise Review , December 29, 1976 Page 6b Hollow Mule in Gains Interest Gepettos Owners of Gepettos Restaurants, Inc., Salt Lake, and Mule Hollow Restaurant, three miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon, have reached an agreement through which Gepetto's will acquire a 40 percent interest in the canyon restaurant for $239,000. The holding includes the restaurant, four acres of property, a small cabin on that property and an outdoor kitchen. Gepettos will also have a purchase option on 216 acres surrounding the restaurant site. Under agreed terms, Gepettos Inc. owned by John Sinclair, Dale Southerd and Craig Hopkinson, will share 40 percent of Mule Hollow assets with Dennis Gray, son of Mule Hollow owner Alexander Gray who holds the remainder. was contract The acquisition made on a whereby the senior Gray will retain ownership until all installments are paid. 10-ye- ar The canyon eatery, heretofore open for reserved banquets and Sunday dining only, will be open seven days a week, Sinclair said. The 2,000 square foot kitchen will be used as a prep kitchen for Gepettos pasta dishes. The restaurant also has a mini-bottl- e liquor license and existing buffet facilities. |
