Kenneth I. Danneberg, president of Premier, said that two successful tests were located in the Wavy Lake Area of Southern Alberta. One test, drilled to a total depth of 3,300 feet, tested at 2.5 million cubic feet per day. A second test was accomplished at 2.6 million cubic feet per day and was also drilled to a total depth of 3,300 feet. The third successful natural gas test was completed at 2 million cubic feet per day in the Forestberg area of Southern Alberta. The test, drilled to a depth of 3,346 feet, is located near Premier Resources, Ltd.'s new gas plant which the company has put into operation.
