At the site of the former Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Lodge No. 85, Elks Associates expect to build a thriving entertain- ment and office complex, complete with a 290 car parking garage. The new $2.5 million center, to be located at 139 East South Temple, will include 75,000 square feet of restaurant, theatre, retail and office space. The major tenant, Highland Theatres of Colorado, expects to begin operation by April 1977.
