For the week, the Dow gained a little over six points closing at 985, the highest level since September. Technically the market is still overbought; look for a correction of 30 points on the Dow. Another thing to keep in mind is that the market seldom does what the majority of investors think it will. Right now, most investors look for a rally in January, similar to rallies in the past two years. Therefore, I am betting against such a move. Money supply and interest rates continue favorable, therefore, dont look for a big collapse either. Tandy has been getting a lot of attention lately, debentures were following a tender offer in which 10 swapped for stock. Arbitrageuis have been playing with the stock and options contributing to the activity. At certain times during the past two iveeks, Tandy options could be bought at less than intrinsic value, and by shorting the stock against the long options, a small profit was realized. This situation has, I believe, created a demand in the stock as long options are exercised. Look for higher prices in the short term. pre-Christm- (miUiclwin) oo as Expert Counsel Sail Lake Provo on any and all 'Accident & Baggage Insurance 'Travelers Checks 'Car Purchase 'Group Tours 'Hotel Reservations European Delivery 'Independent Tours for 'Car Rentals Passport & Visa Assistance phases of travel with one convenient stop at no extra cost MURDOCK TRAVEL! 521-785- 0 377-970- 0 COMPLETE PRINTING SERVICE Letterpress Creative Layout Design Phototypesetting Intertypesetting Lithography Business Industry Commercial FULL COLOR PRINTING Stationery on PA (Individual Retirement Account) IKeogh Retirement Plans Pamphlets Brochures Forms AND EQUIPMENT WE HAVE THE KNOW-HOFOR YOUR PRINTING REQUIREMENTS W Phone (801 ) 487-065- 1 Funds compounded quarterly for an average annual yield of 10.69.
