They said 206 properties sold for a total of $8,181 ,586. The increase reflects a comeback after the previous weeks dive of 20 percent. Residential sales totaled $7,089,236 (for 184 houses), leaving an average sale price of $38,528. The average sale dwellprice of multiple-uni- t ings was $57,172, as 11 units were sold for $628,900. The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, a fictionalized portrayal of the life of James Capen Adams, mountain man and grizzly bear trainer of the 1800s, w ill soon be adapted for an NBC television series. The series will air in 13 episodes beginning in January. Filming will take place entirely in Utah, most of it in Wasatch County near Park City, a spokesman for Sunn Pictures said. Estimated cost of producing the scries is $3.25 million, of which 60 percent will be spent in Utah, the spokesman said. The original movie of "The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams," starring Dan Haggerty, was filmed here. Sunn is currently filming Guardian of the Forest."
