Show DEATHS Two deaths from Influenza occured at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Rasmussen last week. Little Lamar Anderson, 4 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Anderson of Kennel-worth, Kennel-worth, died Friday and Verl Van-wyck, Van-wyck, nine months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Vanwyck of this city died Saturday. Both were buried Sunday. Tlie last riles were performed under the direction of Misliop Mcintosh. Elder Daniel Rasmussen dedicated the graves. Erick Larsen. 2 0-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. John' E. Larsen of this chy. died Tues., Oct. 29, of Spanish Influenza and pneumonia. He recent ly returned from Ethel. West Va., where he had been employed by the government in the erection of a war munition factory. He became ill at Denver and died five days after arriving ar-riving home. He was hurried on Wednesday at the City Cemetery under un-der tlie direction of Bishop Mcintosh. Besides bis parents, Erick is survived sur-vived bv three brothers at home and two brothers-with the 145th Field Artillery in France. He was always an industrious young man and will be greatly missed by his many friends. His parents have the sympathy sym-pathy of the entire community. Word is received of the death of Vernon Tozer at Delta last Tuesday from Spanish Influenza. Vernon was a graduate of Wasatch Academy last year. |
