Show MORONI NEWS Supt. J. W. Anderson of Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant visited the schools on Wednesday. Last Friday the grade school had narents visiting day. Mrs. Marvin Draper left for Sallna m Tuesday. Friday and Saturday, May 5 and 6, have been set apart by Mayor D. O. Larsen as Clean Up days. A large crowd attended the dancing party at the pavilion on Friday events- .. . ,. ':'". 1 Pres. Merz and Pres. R'asmussen Tf Mt. Pleasant were Moroni visitors on Sunday. Miss Cora Simpson entertained a number of her friends at an Easter luncheon on Sunday. Ellis Draper returned home on Wednesday from Castle Gate where he has been teaching in the grade school this winter. May Day celebration will be held on Friday the 12th. The program of the day will be given under the auspices of the Sunday school. Miss Grace Prestwitch left for Salt Lake on Wednesday. She was tendered ten-dered a surprise by her friends on Tuesday evening. The musical department of the Moroni High School under the direction direc-tion of Mr. Taylor rendered an excellent ex-cellent musical program in devotional devotion-al on Wednesday. The Misses Effle and Affie Christen-sen Christen-sen entertained a number of their friends Wednesday evening In honor of their eighteenth birthday. Music and games were the special feature? of the program. Refreshments were served. ' ; 9 Mrs. D. O. Larsen entertained or Tuesday in honor of. her daughter Dorothy's seventh birthday. Music md games were the features of the program. Refreshments were served to sixteen little guests. One of the honor guests at the party was Dorothy's Dor-othy's grandmother, Mrs. Elsie Larsen. Lar-sen. The following program was giver? in the tabernacle on Sunday under the auspices of the Sunday School: singing by the choir; prayer, Peter J. Peterson, Sr.; singing by the choir; talk by Peter Peterson. Jr.; girls chorus; talk on Easter by Soren Nlel-son; Nlel-son; talk by Bishop Orlando Bradley; talk by Pres. Merz of Mt.
