With some controversy, the $350 KMTIKMXU radio advertisement for North Sanpete High School basketball, passed (three for and two against). The problem centered on the remaining advertising budget that only totaled $343.55 left from a $1,000 budget. Those members voting affirmative felt they could get the money elsewhere for any other advertisement for the remainder of the year. Those voting against felt the budget should be kept to pay advertisement needs. Also passed by motions were ordinance 95-- 1 1 4a, 95-- 1 1 4b, Agreements with Sports Haven, Skyline Heights and application or electrical power service on property outside of the city. Ordinance fees will be handled through resolutions so that ordinances do not have to be written each time a fee changes. It was once zoned from business to residential and now has a conditional use for business.
