days with her daughter Clarice and the Royal Hurds Ruth’s family Jane Allen daughgranddaughter ter of Carl and Caroline Allen of Fairfield Calif flew to SLC then came on to Orem where she was a guest of her Aunt Clarice and Uncle Royal and family Jane’s cousin Julie Hurd Goodman and Julie's husband Michael brought Jane and Ruth to Flowell the evening of July 13 They returned home the next day and took Jane to the airport to return to Fairfield Mr and Mrs Leif Alldredge and children Troy Tyler and Cindy and Cindy’s little son Dustin attended the pageant at Manti July 11 On July 18 Leif and Janeal went to Delta to see her father Fay Walker They go as often as possible to help Mr Walker On Tuesday Troy and Cindy went to pick Grandpa Walker’s apricots Mrs Arthur Allen went to Lovell Wyo with her uncle and aunt Gene and Edith Steel of Washington Earl Utah to visit Beth’s parents and Daphine and other Despain relatives Mrs Ekins of Gene (Jane) Hinckley spent several days here Ulala SLC to spend the cousin her Betty day visiting The two ladies grew up McDonald together and are more like sisters Arleen never had a sister but Betty is very dear to her Arleen’s mother went with them to Laura Atha Murray to visit Betty’s parents Laura's brother and wife of Ogden joined the group Turned out to be an enjoyable family reunion Rex and Lynn Allen took their children including their daughter Andrew Denise and her husband to Lagoon July 17 The Adams warm but was weather quite otherwise beautiful and they had a great time Their daughter Wendy’s friend Sherlyn Swallow was a guest School May 31 exercises were held Commencement in the Walkup Skydome She is the daughter of Jewel Bowman and the late Dr Morrel W Ivie are Delial and Her grandparents Virgie Ivie of Flowell and Doyle and the late Nina Mooseman of Boulder of who are very proud Utah which she Janelle's achievements has worked very hard for Her brother John Ivie returned from the England London Mission for the LDS Church just a week prior so was able to join to her graduation brother Jim Ivie who flew from and sister Jodi Ivie from Ogden New Mexico for the Albuquerque and of course mother graduation Jewel Grandpa Doyle was able to are attend also The grandparents proud of John for his acheivements on his mission and and leadership of Jim and the accomplishments Jodi Janelle received a $4000 scholarship to Arizona University at Tucson plus Burger King for whom she has worked after school weekends and summers gave her a $250 a year scholarship for each four years of Janelle has also been active college in the LDS Church Mr and Mrs Gam Turner and Amber Travis Susan children Annie Laurie and Greg went to St George July 20 for a reunion of Judy's family the Harry Lundins time visiting They had was in the temple Harry Bauer of Colorado stopped Frank Bauer by to visit his father on July 18 He was on his way to with his large truck California Mother Dolly Bauer was in Colorado to be with their
