has retired after 25 years of service Mr Speakman began his work with the department of August 23 1965 working as both an entitlement worker helping with financial medical and food stamp assistance and as a service worker taking care of the needs of day care foster care adoptions and counseling His most recent assignment has been that of supervisor During his years in that capacity he still performed the many duties of a service worker to relieve the load of his associated He has served on many community programs committees including many many hours at the time of the IPP impact Scott will be missed by the many people he has worked for and with May he be able to enjoy his years in retirement being able to do the persona things that he now has time for Dr William S Brothers Station Moffett Field San Diego Rengert was recognized for his outstanding performance of duty professionalism and overall dedication to the service He joined the Navy in November 1986 Young in Cobra Gold Marine Lance Cpl Jon L Young son of Joseph L and Rose inn Young of Delta Utah recently participated in Cobra Gold an annual combined nations exercise while serving with 1st Marine Regiment 1st Marine Division Camp Pendleton Calif Cobra Gold is the largest military exercise in Thailand taking place near the city of Changwat Rayon g The operation provides the United Slates and Royal Thai Marines a chance to train together as well as a chance for cultural interchange A 1987 graduate of Delta High School he joined die Marine Corps in April 1988 Notice Notice to all residents of the
