tion) as heretofore in effect is also repealed it being the intention of the City Council that said provisions are replaced and superseded by the provisions of the ordinance adopted hereby Section 4 Codification of Ordinance The planning and zoning ordinance adopted of hereby is hereby codified as Title the Revised Ordinances of Delta City (1981 with the respective edition) chapters parts set therein and subsections out sections together with all apendices thereto and the Official Zoning Map adopted hereby as described in said Title Section 5 Effective Date This ordinance to the Revised Orand the Title dinances of Delta City (1981 edition) as amended shall become effective as 12:01 am on June 1986 Section 6 Publication This ordinance is ordered published in the Millard County Chronicle Progress a newspaper having general circulation within the City of Delta Utah 7 Severability In the event that Section of this ordinance less than the any provision entire ordinance is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction this ordinance shall be deemed severable and such finding of invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance Section 8 Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances To (he extent that any ordinances resolutions or policies of the City of Delta conflict with the provision of this ordinance they are hereby amended to be in accordance with the
