recites the following as the basis for enacting this ordinance: A That portion of Fifth North Street Block ing in the vicinity of the east half of 10 of the Amend108 and of Block 109 and ed Plat of Delta Townsite Plat A according to the official plat thereof on record in the office of the Millard County Utah Recorder was dedicated to Delta City upon of the Amended Plat of Delta filing Townsite but has not been developed as a City street B The City Council received petitions for and condated June 21 1984 petitioning senting to vacation of that portion of Fifth North Street lying east of 350 East Street in the City of Delta Utah Acting on said petitions the City Council narrowed that portion of Fifth North Street lying east of 350 East Street by vacating the southernmost eight feet (8')
