X A special endorsement specifies the person to ? whom or to whose order the instrument is to be pay- abe, as: "Pay to B. or order." , 2 I A blank endorsement does not specify this and f ? consists merely of the endorser's name. A qualified endorsement in one withont re- course, by which the endorser does not stand respon- i sible for the financial standing of the other parties f to the instrument.
