Show CLIFFORD HUGHES DIES IN OGDEN ON XMAS DAY Clifford M. Hughes 45, brother broth-er of J.-M. Hughes of Milford, died of silicosis in an Ogden I hospital, on Christmas Day. Mr. Hughes left for Ogden immediately immedi-ately after receiving word of his brother's death, and Mrs. Hughes and their son Vernon attended the funeral services, held at Farmington on Dec. 29. Clifford N. Hughes was born at Farmington on Oct. 2, 1906, a son of Jonathan and Minnie Hughes. For the past eight years he had been employed in the office of the State Engineer at Salt Lake City. He is survived by- his wife, j Mrs. "Helen "Stokes 'Hughes'; two i daughters, Eleanor and Elaine; i three sons, Clifford Paul, Jonathan Jon-athan Stokes and Phillip Randall; Ran-dall; three brothers, J. M. Hughes of Milford, Thomas of Salt Lake City, and Irvine of Farmington, and two sisters; Mrs. Samuel Welch of Brigham City and Mrs. John U. Rencher of Burley, Idaho. |
