Show MRS. MARYANNE WOOD IS BURIED IN MINERS VILLE Funeral services were conducted con-ducted in Minersville L D S Chapel Tuesday for Maryanne Franc's Baker Wood, 86, widow of Abram Wood, who d:ed Sunday Sun-day morning following a lingering linger-ing illness. Bishop Ruben Dotson conducted con-ducted the following service: Duet, "Sometime We'll Understand," Un-derstand," Harold and Melba Baker; prayer, A'fred Bohman; song, "Face to Face," Lillian McKnight; talk, Charles K Jameson; song, "My Jesus A? Thou Wilt," Sylvia Davis and Vivian Marshall; talk, Floyd Wood; song, "Calvary," Harold Baker; beneditcion, Paul E Zuagg. Dedication of the grave in the Minersville cemetery was by Henry Baker. Mrs. Wood was born at Adamsville, Nov. 28, 1863, a daughter of William and Francis Fran-cis Friend Baker. She was mar ried to Abram Wood in the St. George Temple, April 5, 1888 Mrs. Wood was one of the first Sunday School teachers in Minersville, and devoted many years of her life to that service. Survivors include a daughter Florence Wood, and three sons, Merton A., Alfred, and William H. Wood, all of Minersville, and seven grandchildren. Out-of-town persons attend ing the services were Alfred Baker of Boise, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Baker of St. George; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schwob of Beaver; Mrs. Emma Walker of Milford; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Beh man and two children, Mr. Alf red Behman, and Mr, and Mrs Paul E. Zaugg of Morgan. |
