Show 0 Funeral Is Held For A. F. Garzand Funeral services were held in the L. D. S. chapel Tuesday afternoon after-noon for A. F. Garzand, 72, who passed away Sunday night after several days of suffering from a stroke which left the right side of his body completely paralyzed. Bishop E. H. Bird was in charge of the funeral services and the speakers speak-ers were George Eyre and Leonard Leon-ard Ahlstrom. Burial took place in the Milford cemetery. Adolphus Felix Garzand was born in Vermillion, South Dakota. May 21, 1864, and had lived in Milford Mil-ford 50 years, having worked as bartender for 20 years of this period. July 10, 1901, he was married mar-ried to Mrs. Jane Harris, who preceded pre-ceded him in death May 5, 1928. Surviving Mr. Garzand are three children, Adolph and Eueene of Milford and Mrs. John Mortinson of Parowan; anil three step-children. Mrs. Charles Baker of Ruth. Nevada; Mrs. Bee. McDonald of Dietrich, Idaho and Steve Harris of Milford; also IS grandchildren. n |
