Show ST. GEORGE'S COLDEST IS 13 ABOVE A heavy snow fall thruout southern south-ern Utah the past few days broke the long drouth period and gives promise of much better ranger conditions condi-tions in this area. In St. George the total precipitation, in the form of rain, with light snow, for January was one inch. Hurricane and vicinity vicini-ty reports a heavy rain. In Enterprise Enter-prise 28 inches on the level brings joy to the farmers of that section. Word from Pine valley is to the ef--- feet that a foot fell there up to Tues day morning. More than 12 inches was reported at the summit of Beaver Beav-er Dam mountains; 12 inches at Veyo and 17 at Central. According to word from Cedar City there was a total of 12 inches of snow on the ground. Motorists were snow bound at Cove Fort for a short time Wednesday.
