R. Mickelsen to serve as their leader on the board of directors. Tn the organization ·of ·the board of• directors. he was unanimously acclaimed as the president of the board and president of the Draper organizat' n The other directors were also elected by an almost unanimous majority in all cases, J. R. Rawlins actually having the unanimous vote. Mr. Rawlins was elected to serve as vice president and J. M. Petersen as secretary--treasurer. The other members are H. E. Stringfellow, A. P. Allen, S. J. Mickelsen and H. A. 1 Smith. I All except Mr. Smith •served on the Board during the past year He replaced J. E. Smith, who' has served as vice-president during the 'past year· but asked not to be renominated on account of sickness at home. A splendid spirit of co-operation prevailed throughout the meeting and several matters of joint' interest to .all were discussed. •Mr. A. E.
