The day began with salutes at 6 a. m. to be followed by a well prepared and arranged Pioneer Parade. A patriotic program was given on the Ward Cha}J el grounds. J. P. Greer of Salt Lake gave the oration of the day, numbers were given by the Victory Quartette as well as many others · Foot r aces for children, tug-o-war, varioull amusements preceded a real honest to goodness Rodeo. Following came a Ball Game between Unl·on "· "':Iar·r·1'cd and Baldwin Ra~~o Employees ... A grand ball ended A Perfect Day.
