She was her Freshman Class President, Vice President of National Honor Society, Vice President of Future Farmers of America and FFA Sweetheart. While goals, and civic groups. While attending just takes a little something Manti High School, Jamie held inside you that makes you want a grade point average of a 4.0 Small schools are an advantage students School to a small Every year, graduate from Manti High school. Then from that point on, things start to change in those students lives. They leave the comfort zones of a small school, to further their education at a University or a College. They start to make decisions that will affect what they will be doing for the rest of their lives. The question is, how did they get from Manti High school, to where they are now? The Alumni page is designed to spotlight the accomplishments of MHS Alumni that have really achieved their goals and ammounted to something amazing. Mr. Good, a science and math teacher at Manti High says, going school is an advantage. You have more opportunities, and you can be involved in many different activities. If everyone sets goals for themselves and actually puts forth some effort in the hopes of achieving their goal then absolutely nothing can hold you back. Determination is the key to becoming successful. The goal of this page is to prove to students that they can do anything they want to do in life. They can not let anything hold them back! No matter what youre is dream you can reach it ifyou just believe in yourself, have determination, and overcome anv obstacles that are set in you j ath. Rmen .ber, success is a journey not a destination. she decided to become a veterinarian. It was through this childhood dream and teenage goal that she was accepted into veterinarian school at age 1 9. During High School Jamie decided not to rodeo, but to stay focused on her grades, 64Nahf'fain, 283-51- 1 was very ambitious, w hatever she set her mind to she Jamie 4-- H always into bugs and bringing them to her mother as presents. Jamie loved being around all kinds ofanimals. In elementary was just a little girl who had graduated from dinky little Manti High School. All that changed, after two years at the University of Utah Jamie was accepted to Colorado State Veterinarian College at age 9. For those of you who know anything about being accepted to veterinarian school you will know that it is not easy. Jamie was the youngest person in her freshman class at Colorado was Valedictorian of the State. She was also the 4 Freshman class President at graduating class. Colorado state. Jamie was an elementary goal setter and look at what she has accomplished. She is an example to us all. Jamie is now living out her Besides the 1993-199- Sterling Scholarship she also recei ed the Presidential Scholarship. She could only receive one scholarship, so she took the childhood and teenage goal. Presidential Scholarship and She is living in Ft. Collins. attended the University of Colorado, she has a beautiful Utah. While attending the baby boy, married in an LDS University of Utah Jamie was quite nervous about all of her classes. One of Jamie's classes had over 400 students in it. At one point Jamie felt like she Temple, and ofcourse going to Veterinarian school. Who said students from Manti High go no where?
