Show 2 Mantl Messenger Manti Water Supply Disrupted Thursday, May 15, 1975 Mantis culinary water use Flea Market Will was restricted Wednesday following a break in the main Help Build Chapel water line Tuesday evening. Mayor Frank Wanlass said the break occurred when water was turned back into the pipeline after being shut off for repairs. When the water was turned into the pipe again it line ruptured the main just below the storage tank. Men worked all night T uesday night and during the day Wednesday replacing the broken pipe. Mayor Wanlass said that water from the city well was being pumped into the system, but residents in the upper end of the city were out of water. Residents were asked Wednesday to use only that water which was absolutely On Saturday May 24th at the Gunnison City Park from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. the central Utah Radio Buffs will be sponsoring a Fund Raising Flea Market along with a bake sale, salad bar and other refreshments and concessions. There will also be a ticket drawing for prizes. The funds will go towards helping to rebuild the Center-fiel- d Chapel that was burned to the ground last September. President and Mrs. Dyreng are the parents of two boys and two girls of which three are living. They also have a foster child. Mrs. Dyreng has served as the president of the Manti Ladies Literary Club and chairman of various state committees in the Utah Federation of Womens Clubs. She belongs to the Utah Poetry speech and drama. She taught a group of Gleaners who later all The speaker for Friday Forum on May 16, 1975 will be Helen B. Dyreng, the wife of President R. Morgan Dyreng and an Assistant Director of the Mormon Miracle Pageant. Mrs. Dyreng attended Snow College and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and has studied through their continuing education programs at BYU and the University of Utah. She has also taught school. Mrs. Dyreng has been very active in the Church. She served in the MIA for 30 years and held almost every position in the ward and stake MIA.
