The I deceased has two brothers and a son living In this city who attended tho funeral. It Is understood that tho son will removo to Pajson to look' after matters pertaining to the estate of his father. Tho clipping Is as follows: fol-lows: "John Hawkins, who had only recently re-cently become a resident of PayFon, died here Wednesday at 11:55 a. m , the cause of his death being paralysis, which lesultcd from a fall he received a week ago last Monday. lie was given medical attention from the be-blnnlng be-blnnlng and every caro that loving hands could furnish was given him, but ho gradually giew weaker until the end came. Mr. Hawkins camo to Utah in 1853 and had resided In tho State ever since. lie was 71 years of age and loft a wife and six children, threo boys and thtec girls, and a host of other relatives rela-tives and friends to mourn his demise. |
