Show HENRY DID NOT VOTE. Mississippi Congressman Failed to Register Regis-ter His Opinion. Representative Patrick Henry of Mississippi, the tall and hcary descendant de-scendant of the famous Virgiuian, had to edit the Congressional Record a bit recently regarding his failure to participate in a roll call, says the Washington Post. It was during consideration con-sideration of a district measure, when Representative Bailey of Texas was filibustering. Mr. Henry believes iu following democratic leaders religiously, religious-ly, and, whatever the emergency, his vote can be counted on. if it is possible possi-ble to get it recorded. On the afternoon after-noon in question Mr. Henry was enjoying en-joying himself at lunch in the house restaurant, when word was brought down to him that a vote was in progress prog-ress He finished his repast hastily and rushed upstairs.
