This association shall tie called call-ed the Cache County Educational Association. Article II. Object. The object of this Association is to promote the general educational educa-tional interests of the County. First By advancing the pro- fessibnal standing of the teacher. T. is Assoc ation shall include six sections, m be style 1 as fonows: 1 The Kindergarten section. 2. The Primary section. 3. The Grammar Grade sec. 4 The School fJoaru section. 5. Article VII. Amendments This constitution may be amended by a two thirds vote of the members present at any regular re-gular meeting of the Association, notice of such contemplated change having been given at least one month before such amendment is presented for action. act-ion. Any teacher, school officer, or active friend of education may become a member of this association associa-tion . Article IV. Officers. Sec. I. The County Superintendent of Public Instruction is ex officis President and custodian of this Association. Sec. II The officers of this Association shall hold office for one year, or until their successors success-ors are elected and qualified. Sec. III. The officers of this Association shall constitute the program committee. Sec. IV. Should any vacancy occur in any office of the Association Associa-tion the same may be filled at any regular-' meeting oi the Associa- Article V. Duties of Officers. Sec. I. Duties of president. It shall be the duties of the president presi-dent to preside ac all general and special meetings of the Association, Associa-tion, and to appoint some one to preside in the section meetings when necessary. Sec. II. Duties of first vice-president. vice-president. Ia the case of absence or inability of the president, the first vice-president shall preside at all meetings of the Association, and perform all other duties pertaining per-taining to the office of president. Sec. III. Duties of the second vice-president. In case of absence or inability of the president and j the first vice-president, the second sec-ond vice-president shall preside at all meetings of the Association, and perform all duties pertaining pertain-ing to the office of president. Sec. IV. Duties of the secretary. secre-tary. It shall be the duty of the secretary to keep a record of all proceedings of the Association, including all motions, resolutions, land abstracts of all important ! discussions. At the end of his ! term of office he shall turn over all records to his successor. I Sec. V. Duties of corresponding correspond-ing secretary. In case of the absence or inability of the secre tary, the corresponding secretary shall perform the duties of the secretary. It shall also be the duty of the corresponding secretary secre-tary to have published, in at least two leading papers in the County, all important proceedings of the Association and collect, wnen possible, for publication all im- I portant papers read at meetings of the Association. ; j Sec.
