To Coe & Carter: In the name of the people of the United States in the Territory of Idaho; You are hereby notified that there is now on file in my office in Bear Lake County, Idaho, the complaint of Walter Hoge to the effect that you are justly indebted unto him in the sum of Fifty-nine 70-100 Dollars on contract for ties delivered you on the bank of North Creek in this county, and the further sum of Forty 30-100 Dollars damage, together with costs of suit, all of which is fully set forth in the complaint now on file in my office. And that you appear and answer to said complaint within ten days after the service hereof, if served within this county, and within twenty days if served out of said county but within the Third Judicial District, and within thirty days if served out of said district exclusive of the day of service, judgment will be taken against you by default, for the sums stated together with costs of suit, publication of which has been ordered in the Logan Leader for two months.
