Lauper of the Oakland stake, and Bishop Den nis Lauper, also of Oakland. Nephews of Mrs. Alice L.. Phillips, they were here to attend General Conference. Sunday guests at the George Carson home were Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Carson and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Carson of Salt Lake City. A week, end visitor at the Joseph Rothe home was Mr. Irvin Jones of Hennifer, father to Mrs. Rothe. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Phillips of Provo were Lehi visitors Thursday and Saturday. They came especially to see Mr. Phillips Phil-lips mother, Mrs. Mathilda Phillips, Phil-lips, who is improving after an illness of several weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin W. Grant entertained Sunday at a turkey dinner, honoring Mrs. Grant's uncle, Will C. Schultz, Ephraim, on his 70th birthday.
