Mr. and Mrs. Norman Frickson are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby boy, born at the hospital, Saturday. Sat-urday. The mother, formerly Miss Myrtle Carson, and the new babe are doing fine. A winsome baby daughter was born Tuesday at the Lehl hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Jones. All . concerned are reported to be doing do-ing nicely. Friday a lovely baby daughter was born at the Lehi hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Arthur' Adams. Mrs. Adams, Ad-ams, the former Miss Thella Erick-son, Erick-son, and the new babe are doing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Erlck-son Erlck-son are proud grandparents. III v Mr. Hyrum Wilkerson of Fairfield underwent a major operation at the hospital last Thursday. He Is doing nicely. Mr. George H. Smith Sr. was removed re-moved to his home Saturday from the hospital, where he received medical med-ical care for a week. Mrs. Glen Clements Is receiving medical care In the local hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Giles of Salt Lake City were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Giles on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Manning have moved into the former William Wil-liam Price home. Mr. and Mrs. John Hutchlngs and family were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Passey In Provo on Monday. Mrs. J. E. Dorton spent last Wednesday in Salt Lake City, visiting visit-ing with relatives. Monday evening Dr. and Mrs. Ed-dington Ed-dington had as their guests, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Eddington of Springville, and Mr. and Mrs. C. J. McKellar of this city. Larsen at the Larsen home. The guests attended the New Year's eve dance and then enjoyed a mid-night luncheon and progressive games at the Larsen home. In the group were Miss Carol Beck, Markland Allred, Miss Leah Carson, David Thompson, Thomp-son, Miss Vilate Butterfield, Harold Hutchlngs, Gene Wilson, Allen Webb, Guy Richards, and the three hostesses. Mrs. Elmer Jackson and grandson, grand-son, Dickie, spent from Friday 'until Monday in Salt Lake City voting with Phyllis and Beth Jackson. Mrs. Martha Anderson and her J.,v,t0r nri son of Tooele were visiting here last week with Mrs. Rachel Anderson. Monday Mr. and Mrs. Junius Banks and daughter, Margaret, were visiting in Alpine with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Marsh. Mrs. Sadie Sabey left Tuesday night in company with Mr. and Mrs. John Redmond of Midvale, for Long Beach, California. They expect ex-pect to be gone about three weeks. Miss Mary Midgely of Salt Lake City spent Sunday and Monday in Lehi, as a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Mack Holmstead. Miss June Hanson returned to school at the U. S'. A. C. in Logan Tuesday, after spending the holidays holi-days here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hanson. County Sheriff and Mrs. John S. Evans are moving to Provo this week to make their home. Sheriff Evans took over his new duties on January 3, when he was sworn into office. Miss Madge Worlton returned to school at the U. S. A. L. Worlton, as a guest of Miss Madge Worlton. A family dinner was enjoyed at the home of Mrs. Annie Goates on New Year's day. The gathering is an annual affair to celebrate the birthday anniversary of their father, William Goates, and this year was his seventy-seventh birthday anniversary. anni-versary. She caught her foot in the wheel of a tricycle on which her little grandson was riding, and fell against the table. She is reported to be improving. Mr. E. J.
