Show New World Gym begins health program Quarterly seminar series starts Saturday plans Home UVSC On Saturday, Sept. 26, World's Gym of American Fork will launch a new health seminar program in the World's Gym facility at 350 E. State Road from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The new seminar series, which will take place four times per year, will offer presentations and written information on a variety of topics including slowing the aging process, weight loss, supplements, nutrition, body toning and preventative education on by calling 809-469Seating is limited. Utah Valley's fourth annual Home & Family Expo will be held Sept. 25 and 26 at the McKay Special Events Center on the UVSC campus in Orem. The expo will be open from noon until 9 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $3. Free passes are available at exhibiting businesses prior to the expo, and senior citizens may attend free of charge on Friday. The show will feature innovative products and services to improve the home and enrich family life.
