Center for Change, Inc., a private care center for those who struggle with eating disorders, is offering a new outpatient Compulsive Eating program. The program includes weekclasses, a ly comprehensive program resource book, weekly group interaction and support sessions, nolow impact aerobics and assistance in the establisment of weekly eating and exercise plans. The mission of Center for Change's Compulsive Eating Program is to provide instruction and skill development that offers participants a foundation for healthy interaciton, achievement, and satisfaction in their lives. The new program begins January 27 and goes for 24 sessions.
