(d) The method of levying and collecting assessments by the Board of Directors, shall be as provided by the Statutes ot the fctate of Utah in rela tion thereto, except that notice of assessments of this corporation shall be given by the Secretary either by publication at least once in some news paper published in the State of Utah, or by mailing notice to the stockhold ers at their respective last known ad dresses as shown on the books of the Company, or both, as may be deter mined by the Board of Directors from time to time.
