Kei-.L Be It Ord..,ned by the city Council of Lchl City, Hint a municipal election shall bo held In thlscltvon the Tuesday, next afttr the first Monday In November, 180.1, and biennially thereafter there-after for the election of tho following ollieers of the city, viz: a mayor, five coiHicllmen, recorder, troasurcr, marshal, mar-shal, collector and a justice of the peace olected at large, who shall qualify and enter upon theduties of their rcsjicctive oliices, on tho first day of January, next succeeding thelrilcctlon, and continue in ofllco fur two years and tiutll their succesiorsarotlulyeleclcd and qualified.
