Every qualified voter in tbo State male and female, should be registered for the approaching election. They nhould be registered on either the Oth-10th, Oth-10th, 16th, 30th, or82stof October, at the office of tho registry ngont in their e'ectlon district; the earlier it is done the better. Here is what the law says : "An entirely new registration of voters vot-ers shall bo made Sn each year of a presidential election, and every person desiring registration must appear in person and make application therefor.'
