CLEARFIELD The bride, the former Melanie iMarie McLean, is the daughter i of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. McLean of Clearfield. She is a graduate of Clearfield High I ; School. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arden W. Thompson of West Point and is also a Clearfield graduate. He recently re- turned from the Tennessee-Nashvill- area where he e com- pleted an LDS Church mission. He is now employed as an assistant manager for the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Layton. A wedding trip to ROY California was taken by newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. James G. Claxton following their wedding on Saturday, March 26. The ceremony was performed in the Community United Methodist Church. The bride is the former Miss Teri Lynne ' Everson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Everson of 432 E. 1050 N., Ogden. Preston High School and Ricks College. She is employed at Hill Air Force Base as a quality assurance specialist. She is also attending Weber State College and instructing dance aerobics. Culwell is a graduate of Clearfield High School and a 1982 graduate of Weber State College in physical education. The couple will make their a home in Clearfield.
