Y Ceremonies will include musical offering by the Soul Christ, and a speech from Rev. Tyrone Seals of the New Zion Baptist Church, Ogden. Rev. Seals is new to this area, becoming pastor of the New Zion Baptist Church in August this year. He is well known throughout Arizona, Nevada and California for his ministry and also as an educator. His ministry includes services as assistant pastor and minister of music. He also served as an instructor in the Nevada and Cali-- - Interstate fornia Baptist Convention, Congress of Christian Education. A no host lunch appropriate to the occasion will be served from a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the NCO Club dining room. 1 1 USU Group Plans Tour FARMINGTON The Utah State University plant science department, together with Life Span Learning has organized a group tour to Southern California Feb. 16 through 24. The educational travel program is designed to explore various applications of landscaping and gardening in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas. Some tour highlights include visits to the Olympic Stadium grounds and the Disndyland nurseries and landscaping facilities.
