Show .,,r Bernes Bank Earns Honor KAYSVILLE - Lakeside Review North, Wednesday, Oct. 19, Local Young Farmer Barnes Bank, was still a territory - as the first bank in Davis County, was designated as a High Performance Bank in August, by the Bank Administration Institute. The BAI is headquartered in Illinois. Barnes was able to achieve the honor because its return on assets was in the top 50 percent (for Utah) every year for the past five years.
