Show 10A Lakeside Review North, Wednesday, Aug. 31, 1983 UTA Starts Express Service Utah Transit Authoritys new express service between Salt Lake City and Ogden is the first of other commuter services and conveniences UTA intends to offer area residents, according to John C. Pingree, UTA General Manager. On Monday, August 29, UTA added shuttles express service that rush-hocommuters ur between the two cities within one hour. The service, named the Golden .Spike Express, is in addition to UTAs current Salt service that stops Lake-to-Ogd- at most towns and cities throughout Davis County.
