Tier II testing is required to control organic compounds being released in gaseous form at the landfill, to comply with limits set by the non-metha- Environmental Protection Agencys Department of Air 1961 Washington Blvd., Ogden Quality. We had four proposals consulfrom tants, varying from $12,670 to $26,000, said City Engineer Paul Rowland. Bingham Environmental did the work at Weber Countys landfill successfully, Rowland said. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied the Air Force Mission, organization and customs and received special training in human relations. Reid is the daughter of George A. Ocana has graduated from the ground radio communications equipment apprentice course at Keesler vAir Force Base, Biloxi, Miss.
