Gailey in new offices located at 1792 S. 2000 W. in Syracuse. Dr. Gailey, formerly of Syracuse, is the son of Dr. and Mrs. David S. Gailey and the late Phyllis Ludlow Gailey. Married to the former Jayne Christine Gibbons, Gailey is the father of four children, Michael, David, Buffy Ann and Phyllis Kay. Dr. Gailey is a graduate of the University of Utah where he earned his bachelors degree. He was graduated from the University of Illinois with a masters degree and was eighth in his class, receiving top honors from the Northwestern Dental School in Chicago. He was recognized twice and received an Award of Merit from the American Dental Association. Asked why he chose Syracuse for his practice, he quickly answered, It was definitely the North.
