Salt Lake Cracks Down NORTH SALT LAKE The North Salt Lake City Council has agreed to a tougher attitude toward drivers after residents met with the council four-whe- el to discuss the problem of snowmobiles, dirt bikes and drive vehicles driving over the property behind their homes. Noise, cutting through private property, exhaust fumes, and dust are some of the annoyances the residents complained about. The homeowners are concerned that erosion of the land will soon cause a lack of watershed in back of their homes. One of the measures the council adopted to help prevent vehicles from continuing to destroy the land in the foothills of North Salt Lake is to enforce the existing ordinance by asking property owners to act as witnesses and sign complaints. - Feb. four-whe- 1 el starts Friday, 9:30 a.m. sizes available quantities. ..not all may be many limited in each grouping. ..colors and styles limited to stock on hand, so shop early for best selection! our Layton store in Fire Auxiliary Names Officers The Sunset Fire SUNSET Auxiliary has announced selection of new officers for the 1983 year.
