KIM TUBBS Exchange Vows Susan Nelson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kay Nelson of 567 North Adams-wooLayton, became the Diane Tubbs and Deanne Nelson. A reception was held later that evening in the Lay-to- n 22nd Ward Cultural Hall. The bride wore a gown of taffeta with lace inset and seed pearls at the neckline. The sheer empire-waiste- d overshirt of nylon organza fell to a long train accented with a wide lace ruffle at the bottom. The sleeves were of lace with a ruffle at the wrist.
