Show Funeral Services Held for Frederick Perry, 71 Funeral services were conduct, ed in the First Ward chapel on Saturday afternoon for Frederick Freder-ick (Fred) J. Jerry, 71, who died at his home Thursday afternoon. Burial was in the Cedar City cemetery. Mr. Perry, a prominent farmer farm-er and rancher of Cedar Valley, was born in Cedar City on Sept. 3, 1888, a son of Joseph M. and Elizabeth Jones Perry, and had spent his life here. In July 1909, he married Hannah Han-nah Bryant of Cedar City. Surviving are his widow, one son, J. B. Perry, Cedar City; Three daughters, Mrs. Frank (Erma)j Matheson, Nephi; Mrs. Warren (Norma) Breen, Cedar City; Mrs. Clair (Dorothy) Lamoreaux, Pur-1 agonah ; two brothers, George! and Moroni Terry, Cedar City;! four sisters, Mrs. Clara IlouchenJ Mrs. Alice Jane Gower, Mrs. Susie Su-sie Higbee and Mrs. Mary Ellen Root; nine grandchildren and j one great-grandchild. i The funeral services were conducted con-ducted by Bjshop's Counselor Isaac Nelson. Speakers at the services were Parson U. Webster, Charles R. Hunter and Harry Lunt, with remarks re-marks by Nelson. Invocation was by H. Neil Peterson, benediction by Clark Lamoreaux and the dedicatory prayer at the cemetery ceme-tery by Samuel F. Leigh. Prayer at the home prior to the services was by Myron Jones. The musical program included a vocal solo by Bonnie Jean Riddle, Rid-dle, and a song by a quartet composed of Herschel Neeley,1 .Vernon Jones, Mamie Eck and 'Alice Williams, accompanied by!
