Show Carol Wright Weds in Los Angeles Temple I A prominent wedding of the week was that of Miss Carol Wright and Donald D. Goddard who were married December 19 in the Los Angeles Temple by Benjamin L. Bowring, temple president Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ianthus Wright. Mrs. I May Goddard of Long Beach, Calif., is mother of the benedict. I Following the wedding rites, fhe newlyweds traveled to Cedar; City where they were honored at a reception by the bride's parents par-ents at their lovely hillside home- For the reception, the new Mrs. Goddard wore an original gown of lace over taffeta. Her veil of illusion fell from a small laoe cap. She carried a bouquet of whi'e roses. The bride was attended by hei sister Mrs. !!. Dale Milne as matron ma-tron of honor. Her bridesmaids. ! Miss Carolyn Pace and Miss Sylvia Syl-via Burns, were lovely In ice blue gowns accented by pink flowers in the hair. Pouring at .the refreshment table were Miss Mary McMillan, Miss Graclala Garcia. Mrs. Ther-on Ther-on Ashcroft and Mrs. Hazen Cooley. Mrs. Dixie Leavitt, Mrs. Donald Jones and Miss Doris Es-plln Es-plln aslssted wTh the serving, while Miss Barbara Anderson and Miss Marion Arns were in charge of the gift room. Mrs. Herbert Milne welcomed the guests. Following a honeymoon at Alta Ski Lodge the young couple 'returned to Cedar City to spend 'Christmas wih the bride's fam-i ily after which they will leave to make their home in Long Beach,! California.
