Show Bauer-Blackbum Ceremony Held Marjorie Bauer, daughter of Mrs. Aurelia V. Bauer, and Chas. Blackburn, son of Mrs. Ralph Perry, exchanged marriage vows at an impressive home ceremony Thursday evening. July 19. Bishop Bish-op Leo Larson performed the lawn ceremony at the home of the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Rachel Williams, in the presence of the immediate families and close friends of the bride and groom. Both the bride and the groom are craudates of Cedar Cly hish school and rf the L T7 S seminary. semin-ary. The new Mis. Blackburn was very prominent in home economics activities at the high school and was president of the , Home Economics cluh last year Mr. Blackburn, spent most of his life in Orderville, moving to Cedar Ce-dar City about two years agoHe. was a member of last year'sCe- dar City high school basketball team. A well attended wedding reception re-ception was held at the home of Mrs. Williams Immediately following fol-lowing the ceremony, after which the newly weds left on a short honeymoon trip through the Southern Utah Parks and Southern South-ern Nevada. |
