Show Cedar City Girl Weds In Salt Lake Temple Miss Inez Corry of Cedar City and Sterling E. Tanner of Salt Lake City, were married Thursday, Thurs-day, May 5th, in a ceremony performed per-formed at the Salt Lake Temple by Harold B. Lee of the Council of the twelve. Miss Corry is a daughter of Mrs. E. M. Corry of Cedar City, and spent her life here until accepting ac-cepting employment at the KSL radio station a few years ago. After graduating from the Cedar high school and the Branch Agricultural Ag-ricultural Colleee. she was as sociated with the local radio station sta-tion for a time, and then transferred trans-ferred to the Salt Lake City station. sta-tion. Her husband is a son of Mrs. Ellen Tanner of Salt Lake City. A wedding breakfast followed at the home of Mrs. Cora L. Ashton, 44 Hillside Ave. After the honeymoon trip to New York City, for which the bride chose a toast color suit with brown accessories, the couple will be at home in Salt Lake City. Many prenuptial parties feted fet-ed the former Miss Corry. Eva Ashton, Mrs. LaMar Tibbs, Mrs. John Richards, Mrs. Helen Goates, Mrs. U. Ashton Jones, and Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln F. Hanks, as well as employes of Radio Station KSL, are among those who entertained. |
