Show Young Couple fire Wed in Temple Ceremony Miss Elma Topham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George A. .Top-ham, .Top-ham, Paragonah. became the bride of Mr. McLean Simklns, son of Mrs. Ellen A. Simkins, Cedar City, in a beautiful double-ring double-ring ceremony at the St. George Temple on Saturday, Feb. 24. I President Harold S. Snow officiated, offi-ciated, with Elmo Orton, brother-in-law of the groom, and Kenneth Ken-neth Topham, brother of the bride, acting as witnesses. Following the wedding ceremony cere-mony the couple spent a brief honeymoon at Las Vegas, Nev., and are now making their home in Cedar City. The bride is a graduate of the Parowan high school, and since her graduation has been employed employ-ed at the Mountain States telephone tele-phone exchange in Cedar City. The groom is a graduate of the Cedar City high school, and a veteran of World War II. At present he is employed at Brad-shaw Brad-shaw Chevrolet Company. The young couple will be honored hon-ored at a reception to be held at Paragonah on Saturday, March 2. |
